Weddings & groups
Your people, one trip, and none of the chasing.
I plan the travel for destination weddings and group trips. Your group gets its own trip page and one sign-up link. You share it, and I look after every guest from there.

Why trust me with your group
I've run the timelines, the seating charts and the family logistics. A group trip is the same job, with better weather.

Kaylie MorrellTravel advisor for weddings and groups
Before travel, I owned and ran a wedding planning company, and I worked in corporate as an operations coordinator. The common thread was always the same: a lot of moving parts, kept calm and organized.
I know what it takes to get forty people to the same place on the same day. I also know the couple should be enjoying their engagement, not chasing passport names in a group chat.
So that's my job. You get one plan and one point of contact, and nothing lands back on your plate.
How we start
From first message to sign-up link.
Tell me about your group
A short form: who's coming, where you're dreaming of and roughly when.
I send your first quote
Resorts that fit, room options and real prices, flights included.
We fine-tune it
Other room types to offer your guests, different flights or dates. We adjust until it's right.
Your link goes out
I build your trip page and sign-up link, and you share it with your guests.
What's included
Your part is sharing one link. Here's mine.
For you
- Group pricingGroup rates for your dates, plus any perks the resort offers your group.
- Your trip page and sign-up linkReady to text, email or add to your wedding website.
- A live guest listWho's booked and who's still deciding, whenever you ask.
- Deadlines handledI watch the dates and remind guests, so you don't have to.
For every guest
- Their own quoteFlights from their city, transfers and the room they pick.
- Booking, payments and insuranceSecure payment links, reminders and an insurance quote.
- Special requestsDietary needs, connecting rooms and accessibility, sent to the resort.
- Different datesArriving early or staying on? Quoted separately, still part of the group.
The wedding itself is planned with the resort. The travel doesn't include wedding planning or on-site coordination. You plan the ceremony, reception and every wedding detail directly with the resort's wedding coordinator. I'll introduce you and jump in if something isn't going smoothly, but the wedding side is yours. Want me to handle it for you and/or be there for the week? Those are my separate add-ons.
Your trip page
One page your guests will actually use.
Everything your guests need to decide, on one private page they can open on their phone.

Questions I hear a lot
Before you ask.
How early should we start?
For a destination wedding, about a year out is ideal. It gives guests time to plan and save, and it gives me the best shot at room choice and group perks. Smaller groups can come together faster, so reach out either way.
What does it cost?
The travel planning comes with your group's booking, since the resorts, tour operators and cruise lines pay me a commission when your group books through me. Wedding coordination, from home and/or on site, is a separate add-on, quoted on its own.
What's not included?
The wedding itself: the ceremony, decor, photographer and other vendors are booked with the resort's wedding team, or through my wedding coordination add-on. The resort's wedding package fees and deposits are paid to the resort. Travel insurance, excursions, spa treatments and extra nights are quoted separately for anyone who wants them. Passports and travel documents are each guest's responsibility.
How do guests pay?
Each guest pays for their own trip, directly with me. I send them their quote and the payment schedule, and I send the reminders, so you're never the one asking people for money.
Do you coordinate the wedding itself?
I'll always ask the resort about their wedding packages and send you the details, check date availability, and put you in touch with the resort's wedding coordinator. From there, you plan the ceremony and reception directly with them, and I take care of everyone's travel. If you'd like me to handle the wedding team for you and/or be on site for the week, those are my separate add-ons. Take one, the other, or both.
